Okay so I can give you a few ideas for the next videos (you may or may not like them but I think it's what I would like to see): -How young icelanders normally live. Like.. if they move to flats alone or share flats or if they struggle economically as it happens in many countries and have to stay with their parents until they are older, etc. -Related to the previous point: housing in Iceland! I've heard that in the past few years it's being quite expensive even for icelanders. -Related to the 2 previous points: what are the typical icelandic houses like. -All the job industry in Iceland, most and least demanded jobs etc. Aaaand Idk, this is what suddenly came into my mind just now. Thank you for your videos!

We're all people behind screens, and calling someone "simp" spreads hate. Why call someone "simp" when you can spread love and encouragement? It doesn't matter that one person got them interested in a language or culture, that doesn't make them a "simp." We don't even know their gender. Instead of conforming to the mob mentality, why don't we encourage Andrei to continue learning Icelandic? It's incredibly unique that they have the motivation to learn such a beautiful and not so well known language. Keep working on it Andrei, I'm sure you will find many uses for the language in the future, near or distant!

Despite it's difficulty to learn, it's good to challenge yourself and the difficulty should make it easier to learn more useful languages that will help you get ahead in life. If you have the free time, go for it. I would not discourage someone for being inspired to rise up for a challenge.

This will years to accomplish and you probably just forget it afterwards unless you move there to live, and if you do, they all pretty much speak English anyway. This Video reminds me one of the Icelandic proverb "A man without a book is blind". Few years ago nobody really knows about Iceland but now it's so amazing to watch and learn about Iceland. I took 6 months off the gym, my body bounced right back. A few weeks of being sore and pain, then a few weeks of pushing through the workouts, then I was back to normal but I did no lifting for the 6 months. You will bounce back quick. I found out what muscle memory was and how quick and easy it builds back.
Love the look of snow, but don't want to be in it. I don't particularly like cold weather, but I'd rather live in a cold climate all year than deal with heat, warm weather (above 20 C) gives me hives and swell. Be cool to hear what books you've read this year!
As Christmas is coming up soon, could you talk a bit about that Icelandic tradition of swapping books for the holiday, and settling in to read them? I think that's a FANTASTIC custom! --Or is that Danish...? Also-- could you tells us about the Yule Cat?

Don't worry about the weght lifting progress/regress. You train the basics and muscle memory will kick in as soon as you're back at the gym. It'll come back quickly :D Takk fyrir myndbandið! And maybe some Jojobaoil will help with your eczema? I have oily skin and the oil I use does not enhance that at all but helps to keep the dry patches somwhat "moist". I also like to use "wound ointment" for irritated skin. Sorry if you don't want advice on that!
I’m trans and I also still enjoy Harry Potter because I too am able to separate the work from the author. Many people who did good things in history also did questionable things in other aspects of their lives, but usually it’s their positive legacy that remains. Have you still got snow on the ground? I check out the mila webcams quite often and it looks frozen but not a lot of snow at the moment! I'm 53 and reading the Harry Potter books for the first time, I'm currently on the fifth one - when I was young my fantasy books of choice were the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe series, still love those now. Have you ever watched neva33? Its a gym in Russia that specializes in kettle bell and crossfit workouts. There is lots of great workout ideas implementing the kettles and rubber bands. Its the same gym as Victor blud goes to, he is a Russian TH-cam star and old russian circus strongman feats of strength. There are no English subtitles so there is that, but fitness is universal and easily translatable. Kettle tricks are some of my favorite strongman feats like balancing 3 on one arm and throwing them in the air between legs

A few months ago I stumbled on Netflix upon a few Icelandic shows and I became hooked! I binge watched them like a maniac 😅. The Valhalla Murders, Trapped (thankfully a new season became available recently), The Case were absolutely fantastic - the acting, the action, the scenery were all superb (I don't know the original Icelandic titles of the shows, only the Romanian ones, which I translated into English 🤣. Hopefully you will understand what shows I'm talking about). Do you have any other suggestions for Icelandic TV shows I could watch?
I hope you don't take offense at this question, but do you celebrate Christmas simply because it's so much fun (It IS!!), or do you also celebrate it out of religious devotion. I do for both reasons, but I've been told that much of Europe has largely abandoned Christianity as a personal belief and devotion. I was a little too old to join into the Harry Potter mania among the young when the books first came out, but it was so good to see kids happily reading and immersed in that other world.
I know its kinda late, but im convinced that Islenska is the first trip i want to go to, such a nice relax place (im an anxious person and this island could be like a big yoga place or something similar about relaxation)

You should try Caroline Girvain's workouts, those are real killers!! Believe me, I've been loving them and feeling amazing afterwards!
