In this video you have three sections of pipe that are bare. When digging for the next pipe reach our and cast some dirt over those pipes too hold them in place.

Keep your dirt grade low the first two feet from laid pipe. Makes it real easy to get a positive fit when setting next pipe. Pipe laser is an awesome tool.

Thanks for the tip! The guys in the trench actually figured that one out after a few hours of struggling. Amen to the pipe laser. It makes life much easier!

436 ft, that's a lot of pipe. Nice job Bryan

Hey Bryan when Colton was using the concrete saw to cut the end of the pipe was he wearing a dust mask or anything like that? I know that silica dust is very bad to breathe and it's bad for your lungs

No he wasn't. We did talk about that and how going forward they would need to get dust masks. You are correct about silica dust. It's terrible for your lungs.

If you can use water for cutting. It would be better that way, OSHA won't bust you for not getting a fit test for the respirator.

Gotta love working outdoors! I get my nice mocha skin. It's a little known fact that Ricky Martin was actually singing about me...

How does the stake out go? I see you guys were using the gps. I’m going to be laying some pipe and I’m trying to figure out how to get the direction set on the first 2 pipes location of catch’s are there with a stake from a surveyor but once you get below grade it’s impossible to point a laser at it. How did you guys do it?
