NIL and open transfer, even though the rule states only one, is what has caused the chaos every year. If they are getting more than a scholarship, they need to sign a contract. I also understand that paying players to come play at your school was not the intent of NIL. It was to make student athletes the ability to use their name, image and likeness to be able to get paid from video games using their NIL. Also to be able to get a cut of jersey sales with their name, and to be able to go do a commercial for a local car lot instead of having to get a "job" at a local car lot without being in violation of NCAA rules and losing their eligibility. ITS WAS NOT FOR PAY TO PLAY. And thats what it has become.
Through the finish line Friday night ritual homework. Agree 100%. When you are challenged, you must run to the sacrifice and discipline do not run away from that.!!! The problem today is the kids want acceptance or validation for what they haven’t done!!! Culture and relationships are important. However, a lot of these kids are not prepared for the beginnings of adult life. They’re away from home the first time they don’t understand or know about time management to do their laundry to go grocery shopping to budget their money and they’re looking for the trap door to fall back into mommy and daddy’s arms. I’m not saying their loyalty or commitment or legacy to the end results by going through the process to be a adult.!!!
Wondering how many young bucks are going to be looking thru windows at the bakery wishing they could eat after portal closes. Teams got to get to eighty five scholarships and hundy five spots on roster. Hoping all get good advice but as sixty year old, highly doubt it. Much ❤ Trap. Greetings from Omaha. Boomer SOONER!

Posted this in a different place before this season started, just after Cayden Green pulled his disappearing act ---------- ---------- O, isn't free agency for college players a wonderful thing. What is the commission percentage that their agents get? (They have agents, not the ones who have a business office with a shingle hung out, but the ones wearing multiple hats like "Parent", "Family Relative", "Girlfriend", "Hang-out Buddy", "Drinking Pal", and other various "expert" advisers)
