It is, but it is a question of being able to prove what the journalist or individual claims.
It is highly likely Starmer would sue for libel, so the person releasing the information needs absolute concrete proof the claims are true.
Even if they are true and the evidence is not very strong, Starmer could win a libel trial.

On the flip side, stalin would have to prove the stories were wrong (by DNA tests perhaps) and I can't see him go along with that so, if the papers are clever (which they are) they could release the story in an 'Is this stalins child' type scoop?

Electoral rules have been broken if he put down the family home address as his residence for the GE if he was actually living at Lord Ali's flat..that is more important as that is a prosecutable offence and could mean that he forfeits his seat and thus the PM role. Then again he should have been prosecuted for that pizza and beer meeting but the Police Commisioner for the area was a Labour supporter so no surprise that he wasn't. The only reason Boris was pursued with such vigor by the media and Sue Grey etc is because they are all Labour supporters rather than him actually having done anything wrong, especially as most of those partying in Downing St were civil servants who are all still in their jobs.
