I would love to own that truck because I was born in 1960 also. And adore the B-model Mack.

I wonder how many B models were produced.. Almost every freight outfit had them at one time. Not counting dump trucks & etc.
I thought there would have been more. I only drove a couple in our sand pit. by the time I got tp it the 1st R models were already old. LOL but they had 4X4's
That's about all I saw growing up in the 70s. When you saw a R series, it was unusual.
Axccording to Wikipedia 245,000 were built from 1953 to 1966.
I want to drive a B-series before I die.

250/300 hp
This truck had a 170 horsepower thermodyne 6-cylinder diesel.
