Super well done man! I hate that HELOCS are such great options because the IC is garbage compared to installment. But I've got a crazy HELOC that would surprise you. 660 min credit score, use the higher of the borrowers score, up to 90% LTV, 15 yr draw period, can have 3 FROs at a time, and can turn on and off interest only during duration of draw period. No fees/closing costs, just an annual $50. And junior liens are freaking prime -.25%. It's insane, just don't send them to me haha. Jk I refer those back to the bankers, they love it. Thought you'd get a kick out of that, I've got mortgage products that would shock you too. Love your content man, keep it up! 👍 Thanks.
If they have a timeshare… lock it up it’s a loan. I know I have to be just half as good as as the guy who tricked them into a timeshare to close that deal

Can't say 'skip' but you can say defer which is the truth...you're deferring their next due payment AFTER the loan funded into the payoff at closing.
