    I been living in Vietnam about to come back to the states after accepting a job at loanDepot. I have been looking at your videos getting hyped! Thank you for the help. Even the 2 year old videos still relate to today.

    Are you on the phone when ur having them do the application ?? Why

    • @SalesRemastered
      @SalesRemastered  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      because by phone you're able to ask the right questions and listen not read their emotion so you can close it, does that make sense?

      The TRUTH is here!

      Once you get more experience in the field, Mr.Patel becomes a personal challenge. If you can get past the immediate conversation of rate they throw at you, then your chances of closing with them now became 1% but sometimes that may be all you need.

  • @Chewyns1
    @Chewyns1 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    Ok you have adressed all those challenges in previous videos!

    UGH....Mr Patel...I'VE CALLED 6 LENDERS I JUST WANT YOUR BEST RATE MY FRIEND

    When you mention that you can remove their credit card debt during the interim refinance, is it achieved by refinancing them through cash-out adding their current balance and their total credit card + other debts? And also, were there any instances when you revisited them 6-9mo later, the rates spiked up to where they were unhappy with the end result, even if their credit scores improved? How did you deal with that if you did? Love your contents, by the way, thank you in advance!

      yea that happens but the point is your left them in a better state than where they were. Plus the market always changes so if you cant help them that day doesn't mean you cant in the future. Just always bring value.
