Bro my pc is Medium but I dont think it is about configurations,turn Performance mod for games on,if you want more Performance boost go on nvidia systemsettings and do 1680x1050 resolution,also you can download Alphares from your Webbrowser,it allows you to set optional resolution,always have some data storage free,dont use moving wallpaper and only record if you need to 😉
