I remember the whole theater cheered loudly when the T-rex came out of the enclosure and roared. The fight between the T-rex and the Indominus Rex was the biggest highlight of the movie.

I was a projectionist at a small town theatre in Manitoba, Canada, when the first Jurassic Park was released. The whole experience was incredible, as the dinosaurs in the movie were unequalled in quality than anything before. We played the movie from Thursday to Sunday night, for one weekend. We had a full house that weekend, every night, and ended up bringing the movie back for a second weekend shortly afterwards for an encore full house attendance. Such a great movie!

@@AJ-80085 It was a town in the Whiteshell called Lac Du Bonnet. First movie I ever showed was "Lost Boys", and I mixed up reels 3 and 4 in the order (the movies were divided into reels of about 20 minutes or so, so a movie like Lost Boys, if memory serves me right, was 5 reels. So we start the movie on projector 1, with reel 2 ready to go on projector 2. Then you just watch for the "cigarrette burns" in the top left corner to tell you when to start the second projector, and then the second burn to tell you when to do the electronic switch of the control shutter and audio to projector 2. Did that for about 13 years, on and off and loved it. Showed classic movies like The Matrix and other memorable treasures, and is a time in my life where I look back and smile upon.

I think having the nostalgia goggles made me love this movie even more. It gave so much fan service to the original, you were constantly picking out things from the original movie from Mr DNA to the banner that was still on the ground from the ending of Jurassic Park. I saw this one in 3d which was a great choice, even watching it now you can still pick out jump scares and flying objects like the bones shattering that were put in specifically with the 3d effect in mind. Hope you watch the others, Clairs character definitely changes a lot and cares so much for the dinosaurs 🦕

@@SpardauDebesi Right, thanks for the correction. I am also in the YF 23 camp, the one that lost the competiotion, as probably being the better airplane. Also with the F-22 there have been issues with the system that provides oxygen to the pilot ... that's one of those if it ain't broke don't "fix" it things IMHO.

I personally really loved this movie. It reminded me of how much i love the first film. I sometimes struggle on whether or not I loved this one more or not. I did not really like the brother side story. But otherwise, this was a great movie. And I think the Indominous is one of the best movie villains we have.

As violent as these movies are, its childs play compared to the book.
I found the novel for Jurassic Park at my elementary school for a writing assinment, thinking it would be like the movie.
I was very, very, very wrong.
It does not hold back on its violence.

Love Jurassic World w/Chris Pratt and this was a fine addition to your kick ass Channel!!

You probably know it by now, but the T-Rex is the same animal as in the original film. When you see her you can see scars from when she fought the raptor pack in the original film.

In college, the local movie theatre was pretty lazy about security. We used to sneak into that theatre and Jurassic Park (the first one) was playing. We watched it in the theatre 10 times minimum. 😂 until they caught on.

This movie was a breath of fresh air after the very average 3rd one. Kind of a modernised rehash of the original on the same island. Bryce Dallas howards young son is the kid riding the baby triceratops at the petting zoo & theres a blink & you’ll miss him cameo by jimmy buffet outside his margaritaville restaurant running away with his drinks when the pterodactyls fly in & attack everyone.

Like or hate this movie, and regardless as to whether you think it's better than the original or not (there's two schools of thought on this. One that believes it's not, and two, the wrong one) there's something we can all agree on... Owen riding a motorcycle with raptors is a freaking badass scene 😂
