Wow, your grass looks amazing! You've done an amazing job and it looks so natural. Will you be doing another vlog on plants for your raised bed? We have a big raised bed and love it, it's full of plants. It'll be good to know how it is for pets, how is jerry getting on with it? X

Thank you! The grass has been fantastic for Jerry and he honesly LOVES it and just goes out there to sit on it (its like a blanket becase its so cushion-y!) Yes I hope too, I planned on doing it this year but I think i will leave it till next now - I didnt realise how much top soil alone costs & I think I will need about a tone for this area!! Let alone established plants... think this will be a job for next spring x

Probably cleaner to use green or black grass u shaped pins infact a little permanent marker sharpey in green will cover the pins up but well done honestly I did mine myself and used a high quality beautiful grass and fitted it myself and it’s gorgeous people are so daunted by this project but it’s really simple

Hi Aimee,your garden looks amazing and I love the step by step of how to lay your beautiful grass.We are in the process of doing our garden and want artificial grass and we also have a Dachshund but are worried about her weeing and pooing on it,just wondered if it might smell over time and what have you been recommended to overcome this please? ❤xxx

I have bought some dog safe grass cleaner and you can put this down (it just dilutes in a watering can and pourned over the grass and left overnight) and this combats the smell. So far we have had it down a couple months and we cant smell anything, as long as your foundations and drainage are ok then the rain should cover most of the washing away for you xxx
