I loved the alien kitties! All three turned out great and would be amazing hanging together.
I love the cat dragon, the variety of weird 'canvas' shapes is very interesting too.
All three are amazeballs, you could of maybe protected then with glue and painted the other designs on the back so if you wanted to change it up just turn them around. My favorite is the skull but I really like the colors of the galaxy so pretty!
Hard for me to choose, love them all, but I think I’m team alien on this one!

I went to the craft store with my mom recently and she saw the wood and asked if I could paint something for her. I ended up doing a simple tree.

On the piece of wood you decided to do lineless but didn't work out I thought you could do it lineless, I could really tell where the Daisy's, the cactuses, the bush and the plants we're. but I love it anyways it's just so pretty I think you did a great job!!! ^^

The galaxy painting reminds me of last year when me and my friends were painting journals. I painted a scene with a tree and a river on mine, and next to me my friend was flicking his brush just to fill up space with light blue because he's not the biggest fan of painting. A lot of his paint got on my journal on accident and he looked really sorry but I was just happy I didn't have to figure out the stars, and the light blue worked a lot better with the picture than straight-up white as well. It's lucky that the paint specks only got on the sky
My other friend was trying to paint his name and got it wrong twice. He was 17. He just painted over it and tried again.
I never like space drawings idk why, but this space.. idk what’s about it but omg I LOVE it, it looks so damn cool.
The skull one is my fave! So cute! I also love the alien kitties. Woulda loved to have seen that asteroid in that one but it still turned out super cute!

Have you ever tried using crayons on a pancake griddle / hot plate set to low ??
I use watercolor paper to make sure it's sturdy
It's very satisfying, & you can almost paint with them !!

You should try coloring wood with sharpies! Something about the way they soak into the wood is so satisfying

I have just a bit of advice? I have worked on wood planks before and unless you prime or seal the surface, the acid of the wood will destroy the painting. You created wonderful art works and I hope you take some good photos as they are very lovely and I want the imagery to be around for a long time! If you want the “wood” look or texture you can use clear gesso instead of white or black gesso! Since these are already painted, you might preserve them by sealing the entire wood plank with resin or a thick varnish keeping them sealed away from the elements? Remember to seal the whole piece front and back! I like the dragon kitty but space kitty plank is my favorite.

I feel like what you probably should've done with the 2nd one was.. since it's already shaped like a skull, you should have put the skull details in there and then make it more abstract by maybe adding the flowers

For the Dragon painting i would of painted the sky Blue and left the clouds blank for that wood colour since the woods natural colour is close to white anyway and it is hard to see the white clouds on top of the wood sky imo
