i'm not sure if anyone else has experienced the same problem as i have, but for some reason whenever i put the twixtor onto my clip, the clip just changes to another random clip? i've tried to look for multiple tutorials or solutions to the problem but i can't seem to find any. if someone knows what to do please let me know.

you have to add a key frame (100%) before your clip starts
pre composing your trimmed down clips also helps
it doesnt make sense at the keyftame bit

in vegas pro i think red frames indicate that the clip is too short, im not sure if that goes with ae too

its unclear how i check my frame rate of the clip and i searched up how to do it and nothing is helping
you can check it in your projects panel or right click in your clip in file explorer and properties > details you'll see it there
