Hi Peli :] The document from 372's chamber contains the maintenance tunnel door code in Heavy Containment, definitely a good idea to grab it before going into Heavy because 106, 966, 173 spawn in those tunnels so it's best to avoid.

In the literally hundreds of runs playing this game I have never had to deal with 049 in the 096 server room :/

You complete it the exact same way you complete normal CB. There's no difference.
Ultimate Edition is just a normal CB but with more trivial SCP that's not a key to the game like SCP-205.
