    hey akhil i am surprised that you have worked with BYJU's as well
    i compleely relate with you i had the sales pitch repeated in mind while sleeping as well
    worked there right after graduation had a good bank job but the salary they offered was just double (Big mistake) you know well
    i worked at the thane office you probably would have been in andheri one
    i am in the exact same situaton have clear mind on not going for finance and consulting (same reasons burnout) have even experienced that at byjus
    if you could please make an elaborate video on marketing and hr or like careers talk involve people,conversations planning etc

    If you had already made your mind about marketing and HR. Why bothered applying or appearing for NITIE interview?

      Beggars cannot be choosers. I wanted to have the power of choice. Operations in the surface of it looked not my inclination. But you have ample time to decide after converting college whether to join or not. It was my last attempt and I didn't want to risk anything...so i attempted all major MBA entrances and appeared for the interview as if I wanted to join that institute with that attitude.

      You can check te syllabus of HR in MBA first. If possible some internships or online courses on them.. whatever suits you is the best for you.

    But after two years in sales you can switched to brand manager role, but because of your high work experience probably your profile is not fit for fmcg companies.

    • @AkhilDamodareAllSorted
      @AkhilDamodareAllSorted  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes that's correct. Generally you need to spend 5 years in sales to switch to brand management. Also they prefer freshers in marketing everywhere.
