I have mentioned my job which I did after my bachelors, under the gap year explanation section while filling DAF first part and have submitted the application as well, would be marked negatively? Or would my application be denied?

Yes you should, your interview will revolve around whatever you write in your DAF
What should I write in my DAF for MSW mental health if I am a Bcom graduate and have no prior internships or work experience
Is it a good idea to mention research papers in bio sketch? I feel it can turn into a viva of sorts.
