Egg and tuna sandwich | Mouth-watering recipe for hot summer

- Hey! Today we will cook cold tuna and egg sandwiches.
Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches):
4 slices of bread.
80 g of tuna.
2-3 tbsp of mayo.
2 eggs.
1 cucumber (30-40 g).
Cook eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Finely chop cucumber.
Mash eggs with a fork.
Mix eggs, tuna, mayo and cucumber in a bowl.
Add spices to taste - I use salt and black pepper.
Mix everything well.
Now cut crusts off the bread, spread our mix evenly and close up sandwich.
Ready!

You can substitute chopped celery if out of cucumber. A little sweet relish is a nice touch, too.

@@nofrillsmeals So today I finally made time to create this salad. I did not exactly follow the quantities of the ingredients but the result was absolutely delicious. So I will definitely make this salad more often, I find the addition of cucumber refreshing and really adds to the flavour
