I love chicken with green papaya. I’m not sure what the Filipino name for it is. My neighbors have a marungay tree. I love that too with chicken.

Oh I'm not sure what that dish is either lol. There's still a lot of Filipino cuisine I haven't explored but sounds good!

Fav Filipino food? Jollibee. Lmao jk in all honesty being born and raised in Hawaii, Filipino culture is huge here. And you definitely on point about that Manny Pacquiao phase 🤣🤣🤣 fav Filipino food though, pork guisantes is definitely comfort food or… banana lumpia 🥰🥰🥰
Im glad you had a great turn out and I’m super excited for your next event!

Omg I love banana lumpia but Cody really doesn’t like it and it makes me question everything I know about him LOL.

Filipino apparel… I’m so there! Lol even at 626 Night Market, I seek out Filipino food. It makes my heart happy to see more and more Filipino stalls every year. I was actually born and raised in Manila so Filipino food is srs bsns to me hahaha. Favorites includes: dinuguan, sinigang na baka, pancit, cheese flavored “dirty ice cream” lol, ube ice cream, green mango shake, and TAPSILOG. 😅 I can be bribed with the occasional halo-halo, of course haha.

Yesssss Filipino street food is the best! It's crazy how mainstream it's becoming. I love that for us! I'm all about sinigang. I could eat that everyday and be happy lol

My favorites are pork sinigang, beef kaldareta, and sisig bangus! And of course Jollibee by default 😁

Sinigang is the besttttt. And Cody and I swear that Jollibee's spicy fried chicken is the best fried chicken EVER.

Great vlog as usual 😄although if I'm being honest, I think the audio is worse in this video than your previous outdoor event videos (it's more echo-y). I don't think you need to change anything from before it's already good and clear 😅.

I thought so too lol. I feel like the mic is unnecessary at this point, but it was worth a shot! Thanks for the feedback!

You should try to do the Fahm Jam / Jeepney Jam events in San Jose at Garden at the Flea! I did way way better than I expected at the Jeepney Jam event that just happened!

I'm half. Off the top of my head it's fight between banana cue or leche flan. Or sapin-sapin. Or my mom's biko. 🤤 I think it's clear I got a sweet tooth.

Haha that’s cuz Filipino desserts are good!! They’re a great example of “not too sweet” imo
