Use of torture invalidates a court's ruling of guilty of the alleged crime. A police state cannot function without terror and torture. Israel then in this Pollard- cited young man's case acted exactly like a police state. The Woke Far Left leaders governing Israel are the police state superimposed on a democractic state. We have that same kind of regime in America. Elites with their billions and trillions support the police state regime against the wishes of over half the U.S. citizenry.
