After I transitioned people asked me if I had ffs which I hadn't so I concluded that it was some sort of 'inner' thing that they now saw outside. I 'passed' even before my main surgery so that was never an issue luckilly. Good luck and god bless you xoxoxo

@@2passclinic_o2clinic Hello and thank you. I Don't think that I am a very good exemple of transition. I just walked into the hospital alone, didn't tell anyone, had my surgery, no hospital visits, got out bought new clothes and just got on with life and work! When I met someone from before who had a 'problem' with my change I would say look Inside yourself because I am ok ! I could have been more supportive of the Community but back then 1995 there was no internet and it was easy to think that I was alone in this problem. At imposed therapy sessions I did meet other TG's but my analysys at the time was that some were Simply TV's and even very feminine homosexuals not TG's. It can be a confusing world even from within so little Wonder that the general public also find it so! Best wishes Stephanie xo

@Susan.Palet9 Hello Susan, well to answer you it all depends on several things. Firstly just how much surgery you are talking about ? and also your pain tolerance, mine is very high so I hardly ever feel pain but some people stress out when they hurt and stress can hinder healing time! I would tend to have it all done at once rather than be swollen and unpresentable for longer but again depends on how invasive your surgery is. I would rely on the surgeon to advise you on how many things he can do at once and the length of the anaesthesia. I have had almsot 30 anaesthesia and many have gone wrong but I do not regret any of it. Although my face and body shape were already very feminin, the lower surgery went wrong from day 1 and after over 25 years it is still not ok but others have been more fortunate. I didn't change over to have sex or please anyone, just to aligne myself outside with the Inside, for me, no one else. I do think that many TG women tend towards a steriotype beauty and try to change most of their features but it's important to recognise yourself in the mirror and Don't forget all those masculin type 'biological' women out there who naturally have low pitch voices, large feet and moustaches!! I would say to people after the change that if they had a 'problem' with this then look Inside themselves because I was ok and needed no-ones approbation or approval to be me. Good luck, feel free to ask whatever you wish, best wishes Stephanie

@Susan.Palet9 So you really are doing quite a lot ! I hear that the hairline lowering is not the worst, it does leave you numb for a while which passes. The jawline I am sure will be more intense but again it depends on your tolerence. I had a bone graft from my jaw into my sinus layer and I didn't feel any pain afterwards as I had a wonderful surgeon. I had the tracheal shave and it was easy ( I was awake! ) and no pain but I will advise you that after the stitches are out you must massage the area to prevent adhérences as I was not told this and my skin sort of stuck to the underlayer and when I swallow it makes a sort of fold. Maybe you could have your lips done later but if he is going to insert some skin ( sometimes they pad out with a sliver of skin ) then it is best to have it done when you are Under for the other things. There are homeopathic médecines you can take to help recover from the anaesthesia ( nox vomica ) and others that help with bruising, you could look into. Try to monitor your diet before as regards sugar, salt alcohol etc before. Are you nervous about it or just looking forward to seeing the changes? Let me know how it goes. Take care xoxo

It must be a piece of unbearable lightness if you are such a wonderful and real looking after all those many operations.
