I had a home electrolysis kit back in the 90s, I wasn't sure if it worked at the time and I got too impatient and threw it out - but now, at age 51, I've got these patches of missing hair from the areas where I used it! So it definitely works. I definitely wish I hadn't of thrown it out, had I persisted, I would be totally hair free by now, I used it on my legs, underarms, and on my bikini line . So I have patches missing from all these areas ! If I recall, it does take quite a while, like you've got a hold the device, tweezers, (you did not have to insert it into the hair follicle, just hold the hair), on each individual hair for 20 seconds or something. Good for young girls who aren't that busy and just sit around,they can just do this while vegging out! Perfect for a 16 year-old birthday present or Christmas present. I don't think this review did a justice.

This is the only PERMANENT hair removal. Nothing else is. Dont fall for ipl or laser

waste of time pulling each hair with a tweezer. my electrolysis lady hits every hair then waxes you will get more treatments for your money and they are just as effective.

I am getting this treatment done on my facial hair. However, sometimes, the doctor has to pull at my hair even after two zaps, and more than often there is a tiny white bulb at the end of the root.
