A chicken nugget is a chicken product consisting of a small piece of deboned chicken meat that is breaded or battered, then deep-fried or baked. Invented in the 1950s, chicken nuggets have become a very popular fast food restaurant item.
Ingredients:
500 g boneless chicken
2 bread slices
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black/white pepper powder
1/2 red chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder / paste
1 tsp ginger powder/ paste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup corn flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 cup bread crumbs
