It's actually not to bad its bolted together in the middle when un bolted it forms a big box, there is an older vid you can see it in i will add a link
My tip would be try and keep it as light as possible(try to avoid MDF as its heavy), You can get alignment dowls for the joint if needed, i did not use them, but it is an option, the joint is only two long M8 bolts and nuts to secure it does give a small amount of adjustment Hope that helps
