@Salem_Wolf1107 Well, sometimes nothing helps to be very honest, but I do find that watching videos like this helps distract my mind, and sometimes I get lucky and fall asleep. I do a lot of very deep and slow breathing and on rare occasions that can actually help me fall asleep.
@@Chronicmom68 I asked bc I've recently experienced anxiety and idk how to control it or make myself feel better but I panic that kind of anxiety I have at times
@Salem_Wolf1107 I'm so sorry to hear that. Typically, I know my triggers, but anxiety and panic are nasty because many times, it hits out of nowhere. If you can pin down what triggers an episode, it might help. Cold water can help rest your nervous system, try a cold cloth on the back of your neck, and wipe down your face and arms. And i personally need to remove myself from anyplace that is loud and crowded. Also, lavender is highly recommended. I keep lavender room spray or candles around my home. I also am a praying person. I hope some of these might help you. Good luck.
