- Bun rieu- A lady that is making her spin on bun rieu. Make sure to come early or you will have to pack in with the locals. A really loved and well respected spot in Da Lat!! Oh, and if you are not a morning person you can come in the afternoon for some mi quang!

Durian- A really nice couple that has been selling durian for 5 years. If you want to try the durian of the local Lam Dong province then make sure to come see this couple!

Cô đã ở Đalat hơn 15 năm khi còn trẻ , lúc đó chưa có các quán này . Bây giờ nhìn lại , không còn nhận ra nữa . Max biết thưởng thức món ăn VN và biết phân biệt cách nêm nếm , cách nấu cuả từng miền , biết ăn mắm nêm và ba khiá nữa mà . Quán này trình bày tô bún riêu rất hấp dẫn , nhứt là rổ rau tươi . Like !!! Ngày xưa dưới chợ lồng có hàng mì Quảng cuả bà cụ gốc Quảng Nam rất ngon , rất sạch sẽ và đúng vị món ăn xứ Quảng 🤩❤👍 .

Hey Max, I would like to give you comments that you should use some pronouns like "chị" , "cô", "anh",... when you wanna ask her/his name or in any conditions. I know that it is normal in your country and it doesn't hurt a fly when you say that but in VN it is so significant and necessary. It shows your respect and politeness to the people who stand in front of you. I know you are learning Vietnamese so you may have numberous problems and I just want to give you a hand
