I was working 60 hours a week at the vac site until I developed fibromyalgia and arthritis which has now become so bad I have had to take very early retirement ( and my police pension won’t pay out) I haven’t yet accepted my condition, it’s quite surreal and feels like I a, just off sick at the moment, xx

This just popped up at the right moment I love your jumper those colours are fabulous, also very tempted by the Lento I have the castleview advent and really want to make a garment ( I’ve never had the patience) also I wear cardigans much more . I’m back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks leave and actually as everyone is at home I’m kind of looking forward to the peace at least on my drive to work ! Good luck with the new job I’m just sitting here knitting socks as usual.
The Lento is a easy pattern to make. I’m struggling with cardigans at the minute to stay on my shoulders, any tips welcome. Hope work isn’t too painful after a break.
I’m testing the Pamplemousse as well. Yours is gorgeous! I thought it was a strange name, too, so it’s interesting to read the reply that says it means grapefruit.
