There is no CNG pump between Shimla/Manali and Leh.
In fact, in Himachal there are very few cng pumps. One is in Subathu in Solan district

In which month you visited leh.

Ground Clearance is okay, not an issue. It scratched a couple of times though!
Power is alright, not more not less. I am very satisfied with the performance.
