Great stuff Dan . Always informative , & great channel for " all types " of Kayakers for sure . That being said , with me being a fisherman first , & a kayaker fourth , for me personally , no way in HELL id chase my prey in anything but a sit on top model lol.
Great reminder to practice self rescue. Refreshing to see all those sit in touring kayaks amidst all the SOT fishing kayak reviews you guys do. Also side question. Are you guys familiar with the Swell Scupper 14? Would love to see something like that setup for fishing. Would make a great paddler’s fishing kayak. IMO.
Adventures with Frodo happens all the time. If I practice like this I’m not thrown off when it happens unexpected. I just go to my setup and execute what my body’s knows to do.
