Would have advised the customer against rendering the wall after the lights had been fitted as this would cause a huge mess to gain access to them in the future. you know they will be full of moisture in no time even with the grommets.

Do fusebox sell 100mA rcbos for a reasonable price? If so, I'd go for that option.

Maybe change the RCBO for mcb in the outbuildings supply otherwise you will have selectivity between the RCBOs
