They said that you can unlock a missed ltm or battle pass weapon through the armory system (after the current season is over iirc) by doing the XP challenge, but the SMG here is a community event reward so everyone should be able to get one after reaching the goal.
i wish we could see these folding style of weapons in a game with a inventory system.
