Hello everyone today I am going to share with you all dhokla recipe , Dokhla is a Gujrati dish. Dhokla is liked by all. Dokhla is very famous through out India. This Dokla recipe is the easiest recipe to make dokla at home.
Ingredients required to make Dhokla in cooker are as follows:
chickpea/gram flour -1 cup
fresh curd - 1/4 cup
carom seeds - ¼ tsp
lemon juice -1 tsp
cooking oil -3 tsp
semolina -1.5 tsp
green chilly - 5-6 piece
chopped coriander leaf -1 tsp
sugar- 2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
tumeric powder- 1/4 tsp
eno fruits salt -1 tsp
water as required
curry leaf - 8-10
black mustard seed- 1/2 tsp
