These energize me. In general, i love sharing and teaching, but i don't usually get to share or teach magic with others unless I'm performing. Its nice to be shared with on a mutual level. Thanks Aaron.
Thanks Aaron... Was searching for grinning Goodwin. ;) Met at Lonnie's house magic lecture you did. Bill actually lectured there as well... Around the same year...I think I got some notes from you then and your 2003 fism book. I had probably given you my Taskerud s Twisting palm manuscript. Anyway.. that's me... Wherever I met you.. Thanks. I'm in Vegas now... Just going thru old magic cabinet books and manuscripts... Nice to have "youtube" to reference stuff like this by the actual author. Love it. Thanks again.

+MrOphachew Depends on what you think the purpose of magic is. I think one of the most important aspects of magic is in the teaching of it, in the way it teaches us to examine the world more critically. Another aspect is that the TH-cam magic community has made the art of magic so much more accessible to people who want to learn. I personally haven't got a few thousand bucks to lay down to build up a DVD and book library to get me started on the path. And no matter how many people watch channels like this one, there will always be millions more who don't, so if your concern is that audiences will decrease in number, I wouldn't worry. If anything, I think channels like this have reinvigorated and transformed the magic community in a really positive way.
