I have been doing the herman pass all wrong so far! I kind of gave up and got to the classic pass and I got pretty good at that and never looked back, so I guess I'm going to be doing the herman pass correctly now, thanks!

ok if the spectator can always see the change i found that putting the deck and your hands closer to them helps a lot :D

when i try to do this you can see the pack of cards at the bottom, like it goes too far under my hand, i've tried soo many different things but nothing seems to work :S any ideas?

I know its a little late for this tip, but u may want the spectators to look exactly from the top. Like that the bottom packet is covered by the top one. Its pretty easy to do that: just do a squaring up + shaking up and down motion. U just go down as far as u need to so the spectator watches exactly from the top and while u go down u can do the pass. Works at least for me.
