There are some great facts about this ride on Disney+ Imagineers show too (“After this ride was made with the restaurant, they got more visitors than the Eiffel tower!”)

You missed your chance to go down with the Ship at Disney World on the Jungle Cruise ... One of the Boats sank this afternoon at 12:30PM ... No one hurt and they had the ride back up and running in a hour and a half .
