Very nice home and area, but for the price they should all appliances especially AC and the bathroom should have look more appealing and it has a tiny yard space.
👋,beautiful day in Jamaica ❤. The house is nice but outside could use some curbside appeals like trees, flowers and palm trees.The community looks so bare without God given trees. They should stop cutting down all the trees that allows for cool breeze. Trelawny used to have so much trees. When I come to Jamaica, especially Montego Bay, it's so hot and uncomfortable. Keep up the great presentation ❤.

This is a very beautify development with great houses and great views especially the ones on top of the hill.
I do not think it is worth the listing price. It does not seem to have any air conditioning??, the front door and the door to the rear seem to look cheap I think they would need upgrading a d what’s with the prison cell bars on all the windows you would need to upgrade the windows to good quality double glazed security windows as most of the new built modern houses have in Jamaica. Also it was not even made clear if this is one of those place where people can build on which is horrible as some that I have looked end up looking like “the house that Jack built”!! . If you are doing a property tour it would be good just to have more basic details such as the monthly maintenance fees for living on the estate.

First of all most houses built have those security bars. Do ur research and u will understand why. Secondly, those modern double glazed windows aren’t too practical for Jamaica. These windows are not cheap, and the louvre windows at both sides help us to advantage of the sea breeze, so less energy used for cooling. U get the best of both worlds with these windows. In fact, I’m using couple of these windows on my living room, cause they are more practical than those fancy French windows. The house surely doesn’t worth the price, but the location is impeccable, so they will get close to it.

@@seanbryan1739 yes i know. Thats the same price my uncle and his wife paid for the richmond estate in st anns. The price is hefty. But u have a piece of mind. Safety. Also i know u can jus get land and build and save money i do understand that. But that comes with alot of hassle. Sometime u jus affi shut ya eye and do wah u affi do.
No way this is $320k omg this is robbery! The lay out is terrible! Bathroom finishes lackluster, bedrooms tiny! Kitchen finishes is horrible! No ac , the vaulted ceiling ugh 😑the list goes on. These builders need to get creative and build better homes! A basic home in the states 3bed 2 1/2 bathroom with 2 car garage with central Ac for this price and less! Master bathroom having stand up shower and a tub separately with double vanity. Our houses are insulated to help with indoor temperatures etc. no way this majority block and cement house the same price with far less materials.
At that price where is the landscaping and pool.
These houses have doubled in appreciation in a short period of time.

This is a beautiful home in a nice community, worth the price. I like the pave stones in front and the stone wall at the side. I have visited this community before and it is well maintained with beautiful views. Thankfully they don’t allow anyone to do any additional building on top, so you don’t have those unsightly, half finished buildings on top of houses that sit like that for years.
For some reason, people are confusing the price of this house with the price of the other developmental land which is US 1.3 million. You made a clear distinction at the beginning of the video.

Actually, there is curb appeal. We went through the area a while back and there is lots of curb appeal. It’s like anywhere else where when they’re building they have to complete everything and then continue with the curb appeal process.

$228 per sq. ft is crazy to me lol. Like for that price I need at least 200 sq. ft. The prices are getting wild. Not only that, the builders are using the most basic interiors. The bathroom and kitchen is giving early 2000's vibes. But I admire the developers hustle. If you can get someone to pay that much for those houses, then good for them.
This not the builders price these house went for 18 million Jamaican with 10% mark up on completion which put you at 20million JA the 2 bed rooms went for 13 million. These people buy these house and sell it back for 3 times the price.

My cousin bought into the first phase of this property and paid close to J$18M. The phase that this unit is in may be the last phase which sold for J$22M. The resale price of approximately J$49M with no upgrades or addition is ridiculous

North coast will be upgraded to four lanes and toll hwy to trelawny with all the new hotels that’s been built it driving up the house prices. plus overseas person are buying up most of the properties driving up demand . It is a buyers market, when you check it out there are thousands of stocks on real estate agents books that are taking many years to shift, many properties repossessed by banks and building societies that are not even selling at a discount.
