Decent development in Goshen. That's a whole lot of land space to expand. Just a suggestion, when giving the prices, can you also give the US / CAD equivalent, given that overseas investors would be interested as well. Continue doing a fantastic job.

I had passed this devellopment when i visited st elizabeth some time ago, i thought the design was refreshing and the landscaping and everything seemed pretty much turn key. Its close to Santa Cruz and about 20 or 30 minutes into mandeville town. My one complaint would be that area is EXTREMELY hot more than anywhere else I have ever been in Jamaica. Santa cruz on a whole is quite hotter than all other towns in Jamaica so air conditioning is a must and investing in solar panels would be wise

It's a beautiful house.. Few downfalls.. Is there AC in the living room, although, it's Gated community I noticed there are no grills at windows or the front porch for safety..the window in bedroom at the top is half circle.. WHY!!.. no closet rails, wires where tv in living room looks messy - should be hidden..but I suppose if there was decent table there it would hide those messy wires.. In regards to price a bit steep for the countryside.. Also no mention how much is the service charge..(expensive)I hope not !!!..love the back yard, good size. Anyway, other than that the house its really nice.. 👍
