No hate but this isn't semi automatic, this is single action. There isn't such a thing as a semi-automatic revolver only double action and single action. The action refers to how many things the trigger does. In single action the trigger does one thing, release the hammer. In double action the trigger pulls the hammer back then releases it in one trigger pull. Hope this clears up any confusion.

There are a few semi auto revolvers, that cock the hammer using the recoil of the bullet. The webley fosbery is one of them

So I fully built this gun and I can’t get the auto rotate to work. For several days I have been trying to figure this out and I saw your comment that you got it to work. How do I get the auto rotate to work?

The rubber band rotates the cylinder, a wall prevents the cylinder from rotating (In the simplest terms) I used the same idea in mine,

Hello, you might need to check on the rubber band at 4:37 to get the gun to auto rotate

Don’t get me wrong this gun is amazing, but I think a video with a 2.0 one would be useful. For example the reloading situation where you take it apart, and how the auto rotate won’t work.

Hello! I believe it is a Technic Wedge Belt Wheel. That's what I found on Webrick.
Built this but the bullet keep get push again the wall by the auto rotate mechanism make it super hard to fire,any idea how to fix?

Yes. These aren't real Lego and so the tolerances are sometimes too tight or too loose. No judgment I use bootleg LEGO all the time😊

I don’t think I’m able to make a revolver gun without any technic pieces. However, I have some Lego gun tutorials that does not include any technic pieces on my channel. You can check those out if you are interested.

Hi, the rubber band at 4:37 is the one that is rotating the barrel.
