The extra stats from the aide are good (and the accessory is adorable ngl) while Timerra has super good fodder like her TP attuned skill and BoL4. So it’s your call if you want the fodder or the extra stats (and to fill in the hero catalog) more. Sorry if this doesn’t help much! Congrats on getting Timerra!
From what I heard from other FE TH-camrs such as Pheonixmaster1 yes! She’ll be colour sharing with the Emblem hero this month so blue should be amazing to pull when the banner releases.

I keep hearing there's going to be an Emblem Hero summons by the end of the month. Is it possible Emblem Celica will be there?
