Anyone that completed ROTC or the Reserve officers Training Course can claim their Reservist ID to the designated or established Camp where the ROTC program was officially chosen by the College or University, since the Training Certificates has a serial number issued for each reservist. This dates back 2003, the Camp(s) Aguinaldo, at Quezon City, Camp Bagong Diwa at BATANGAS and some other listed Camps can guarantee issuance of Reservist IDs since each camp has a database that are retrievable, apart from the offices at Armed forces of the Philippines, as to Navy, Airforce, Marines and the rest and to date 2022.
