I think Andy is funnier than Conan. Conan plays the straight/prude/logical man more than Andy does.

I’ve have a like/hate relationship with Mark’s character on GLOW but he seems really great in real life. So funny, his GLOW character is so miserable.
FYI, the entire main cast of GLOW is amazing. Just check out their IMBDs. The actress that plays the terrorist wrestler is in the LilJon “Turn down for what” music video as the main female lead. Great casting on that show.

I'll never really enjoy colbert as a talk show host in his normal self as when he was a character in all those years in his first show.
With himself, as talk show host he doesn't compete for jokes.
As the character he does.

Talk show is prestige but he never became who he wanted to become, a
