Quiet and shy in the far end of the store nests this Phoenix Platform Lift. The wilko was quite large with a vast array of products.

This is the exact same lift as in my father’s workplace, it just doesn’t include the automatic opening doors and the button outside is to the walls that surround the lift

I like the door operator (in this case it's a GILGEN FD20), because it's quiet. The other day I saw this model on a double-door and it kind of sounded like a robot.

Unfortunately, I'm 95% sure that this lift has now came to retirement, and will no longer be used/abandoned.
It's a sick shame that Wilko are closing, so much staff money and items will be lost, and that includes lifts.
This was posted on 10/08/2023 - Wilko have filed for administration and it looks like there is a narrow chance it will stay open.
