U dont have to cook the kailolyo in the sweet milk. Pour the milk on top of the kailolyo and keep aside for 10 minutes. It will become soft and juicy to eat. Yumm👌
Boiled rice makes it soft. Yes you can use sona masoori but don't expect the same texture. Instead you can use poha washed and soaked for 5 mins for better result
What happened? Which tawa did you use? If it doesn't come up in clay tawa, apply oil at the bottom and then pour the batter. The tawa should be seasoned well before use. Don't be upset, you can also try on iron tawa or chapati tawa what we call.
