So enjoy your love of the different genres Megg. Great vocals, great band, Sam on bone played with Wynton on college tour if i remember. Love it!! Inspires me to practice!
This is in no way country!!! It's WESTERN SWING or straight up JAZZ!!! Just because they're wearing hats doesn't automatically mean country. Plus there's more than three chords!!!! Great band and a great singer to make people aware of this great style of American Music.
@@SweetMegg I love your music AND I love the fact you are bringing Western Swing to a whole new generation of people!!! When you have a tremendous singer, you have to have tremendously talented musicians to back them. You have both. Respectfully, Western Swing, is its own genre and not a sub genre of anything. It influenced honky tonk, the Bakersfield sound, rockabilly/rock and roll and, yes, country music. I would even contend the aforementioned are sub genres of Western Swing, not the other way around. That being said, I love what you’re doing and please keep it up.❤
I love this song! It's the perfect mixture of country and big band!

Who ever said it was country???? Of course it’s Western swing!! But also I mean Western swing is technically a sub genre of country. 😉
