Is This the Best Food in China? | Chinese food vlog

Today, my husband and I went to eat my absolute favourite Chinese dish. I have never heard anyone talk bout this Chinese food, but it is something I've enjoyed for many years. In fact, the first time I tried it, it instantly became my favourite dish, knocking mapo tofu out of the park! It is warming and spicy and makes you feel like it is a cozy Autumn evening.
