When she said "obviously not, look at my face" I was so shocked, I mean she looks adorable. If I would be around her age I would be smitten by her, she needs to gain confidence about how she looks.

Yeah, i understand if the brother doesn't want to come, in case his relationship with mom gets worse, BUT the dad? It's crazy, why didn't he support his own children?!
I bet the mother is thinking like "yall can say all you want now, but i'm still going to treat her the same after this tv show" felt like the ending is just a show acted out by the mother. she seems very self-centered and bias
after this show I hope she will be more concious about how she's treating her daughter. The moms relationship with her daughter will completely obliterate of she's continuing this attitude.
Natasha Eve well i think after the episode, people will get to know her and her salon & they probably either will criticise her/not frequent her salon anymore.
I hope the public is more like the farmer's wife where they see her they ask her to go back home. And for this mother, when they see her, ask her to do her own work and let her daughter acts her age.
Anushriya Chaturvedi, ikr anytime the mother tried to make a horrible statement to try and defend herself, taejoon stopped her real quickly and snapped at her and that’s exactly why i love him.
The girl is so sweet and cute! It's annoying how parents treat their children like shit under the guise of 'parenting style' and I really hope her mum changes after this show.
When the idols and hosts spoke their concerns, the mother just laughed like it was a joke I absolutely hate that. She’s so stuck up and selfish I absolutely hate it.
I hate her too. I hope the girl is doing okay now :"( I am really worried for her because I hope the mom didn't punish her after that eeks. Poor thing, she was basically overworked. Ugh her mom was almost abusing her :"(
This attitude of her made me gag! This is disappointing. And disgusting. Am really sorry to say so, but she is such a selfish witch! I pray for this child to be the best TV producer. I hope she can show her with whom she is dealing with. For her to truly understand what she is doing. Bc none PD or even psychologist can show her this feeling... 역겨운 사람! ⚠️
Her dad and brother didn't want to come because that is her problem. They should there and stand up for her. Wow no one in that family actually cares about her, that is really sad. I feel bad for her.
This story seem simple in her mother's view but the problem is .. This is her life.. Ahhhh Love is caring but mother looks not much caring.. Mother does not listen to her daughter's voice
bruh the things the little girl’s asking for isn’t even wild like “let me go out all the time” or “give me a new phone whenever a new one comes out.” it’s literally “show me love the way you do to my older brother” and “help me improve my grades.” for god’s sake, her final wish was “let me go home after school.” the mom brushing her off and laughing any time they raised a valid point made me want to scream
But she has something similar with evil sister, her dad and her brother who don't care with her. And the mom buy every cloth to her brother, similar like Cinderella tho
Xia wae I know right!? After her mom pissing me off so much, the fact the her father and brother think "it's her problem" really got even more on my nerves. How can you say that!? The child is clearly suffering and this is a cry for help which is being ignored by her own family members! How frustrating....
Xia wae I'm so sorry but her Brother is so fking useless, he doesn't help his younger Sister because it's her problem wth ? What's wrong with the Brother? I feel so sad for her :(
What made me angry the most is how the mom reacted when the Girl was asked if she thinks her mother loves her and she said No. She wasn't even affected by it. She just brushed it off like it's nothing. Like seriously, if my child would say she thinks i don't love her i'd probably cry. I'd feel guilty as hell because i don't seem to be able to convey my love to her but the mom just looked at the panelists like "So what? I already know that."...
Michelle Hawk my mum has said that to me. That she sometimes think that i dont love her and that i think shes a bad mum. It made me feel so guilty (and angry because of the situation she said it) I can only imagine how much worse it is as a mother/father
Natalie Tran yeah mum isnt as bad now (full disclosure, she has bipolar and the medication she was on didnt really help that much. It's been A LOT better since she's changed it.) But i can totally understand. I wouldnt say she was as bad as to control who my friends were (although she tended to like most of them. I was the "good" girl lol) but she would only let me go to a friends house if she had organised it with their parents (im talking still in my late teens) and i wasnt allowed anywhere without an adult until i was 18... Tbh i can deal with all that. It's just when i try so much and put up with a lot, and i do it because i love her, and then she goes and questions that? Im quick to feel guilt by nature so it makes me feel like i havent done enough, but i feel angry as well because of the situations she says that... Hope it gets/has gotten better for you. It's really sad when you dont have a good relationship with your parents
it made me so mad when she laughed when her daughter said something. it is her daughters life not hers and parents that think that they need to control their childs life are not fit to be parents. some parents say that they will decide what their child does until they move out and that is just selfish, they are mostly making their child live out the life that they could not.
I thought that those two guys are her brothers, I'm surprised when she introduced them.. That was the only moment where I finally smile after listening to her mom's nonsense.
potato chim lol i was surprised too, and when i saw them they actually looked quite uncomfortable. I got the feeling that they regretted coming and having to listened to the mother lol
Choi Tae-joon just made me fall in love with him. The way he reacted to that mother, scolding her and saying just the right things. How shocked he was when the daughter said that no one liked her because of her face :( He even grabbed the daughter a tissue when he saw that she started crying. Park Shin-hye is so lucky to have such a kind, passionate and caring boyfriend
"Violence isn't always physical. What you're doing is an act of violence." PREACH. I'm so glad he said that, and I wish people were more aware of this. This girl is so so sweet, it's so sad and awful that she is being treated this way. She has such pure and natural wishes and dreams, which are just being dismissed entirely by her family. It's so unfair that she, and many other people are in situations like this. I truly hope the best for her.
Tristina Annisadina it's such a shame. I just hope one day she realises how lucky she is to have a daughter like that, and appreciates her rather than treating her like a slave :(
Dongyeop made a very good point. The reason her mom won't let her daughter be free is because she used to be trouble herself when she was young. She thinks her daughter is like her.
That mother's reactions every time her daughter speaks is atrocious.... laughing like it's no big deal. She reminds me of my mom. While I wasn't forced to work, my mother acted (and still acts) like I would not amount to anything no matter what I did/do. She wasn't convinced I would graduate college and was blunt about it. When I graduated and with a very high GPA, all she said was "Oh, that's nice." Artwork that won an award? "Oh, that's nice." My mother hasn't changed and is still this way. I don't see this girl's mother changing any time soon either unless there was a major intervention on top of them being on the show.
What’s sad about this is that when the girl gets older and chats with her friends, they’ve be like “ya and remember the other day when we did this when we were younger” (basically talking about their childhood) While she’d be quite cuz her mom didn’t let her have fun and do all these fun things. The only memory she’ll have of her childhood is her working at the salon and cleaning. My point is that when she grows up she’ll get upset every time she thinks or reads or hears anything about childhood Cuz she didn’t get a good one😢
My mom is helping Kids (psychology) and her herself needs a psychologist bc her mom treated her without love - and she needs to let gor het rage to her own mom bc shes so angry of what she did to her (not violent, but psychological...biased her younger sister, influenced her to do what she (the mom) wants,...) - but that girl will be a good mom...
한지석 as a kid who went through this I agree I’m just 17 but there’s already so much that I’ve missed other teenagers talk about all the stuff they do and I just sit there just listening wishing I had the opportunity to live a little
*this can be considered as child abuse, children have the rights to be free, to play and to have fun, to study and she's restraining and discriminating her own child*
I don't understand how the MCs can speak to her in a reasonable tone of voice for a majority of the show. I would've stood up against her and yelled at her.
When all the hosts and guests are so upset with the young girl's mother, I can feel them so much that I was also annoyed and complaining while watching the video. Taejoon and Roy are me at this very moment. I hope the young girl's life is a lot better now.
call me dumb but i really don't get the mom's take on this. when someone shuns away dreams of anybody just for their shitty convenience, it's a big no no.
You're right. How the mother doesn't see this and then doesn't say sorry but "I'm upset that you don't understand my love for you" or whatever when she never shows her daughter that she cares; as if her daughter is just a tool she's using and not a person.
i totally agree. kids should get freedom, if the mom doesnt give her freedom how will she explore the world and know what she's good at? you cant discover new things if you're always confined to strict mommy rules
I hate that she didn’t even hesitate when one of the hosts asked if her mom even loved her, and she immediately said “No.” that shows that she and her mom has a bad relationship between each other. I completely understand that she said “No.” because if I was in her place, I would’ve said No too.
The way the mom scoffs when she said "her life"... Damn. And listening that the father & the brothers dont want to come and told her it's "her problem". I feel sorry for her. The whole family needs to be there. I hope someone from the family, the grandma probably, reach out to help her. I dont know, I dont think the mother/family will change... so sad. I kinda salute the MCs being able to hold their emotion, if it were me I would lash out and yell at the mother.. BUT I also hope the MCs be more serious (?) Because sometimes they tried to resolve it in a light way...be a bit like dr. Phil is good, I think
Same i love this show but i'm always like "if i sat there i'd yell at them!" tbh...it wouldnt be good for my own health to be there bc i'd always try to stay in contact with the ones that came there...and try to help them
+Tran809 i think in this case, no. she laughs because she just want to look good in front off ppl. i can tell she really doesn't even care anything abt her daughters worries with that eyes. the way she speaks so fast without thinking proves that she's not that kind of typical person who "knows" anything. she just living her life with her own god damn precription
the sexism here is disgusting. Seeing this mother discriminate between son and daughter just made me remember all the other girls I've met in my life who were denied an education because the precious son deserves it more. Of course her grades went down. What's the point of studying when your own mother doesn't want you to be anything more than a hairdresser?
Agreed. I got so angry at the double standard myself and applaud the male MCs for asking certainly pointed questions at the mom and the one guy (Taejoon I think) for stepping in. The other male MC who pointed out the whole "my son" vs. "my daughter" thing. I also think the mom was in shock because she wasn't aware of how her decisions or opinions of how her daughter is treated by her was actually hurting her child.
I don't wanna call it Sexism because that has a Western image that is much more than the situation here, but in general, it is Sexism, it used to be practical as Men had more benefits since they worked harder for the family while Women had to take care of babies because they had better skills at it and therefore were protected at all costs, but we are not in the primitive era anymore and this standard is damn stupid, yes this situation could happen in any couple, but the reverse could definitely be a thing now, in many korean families the women even makes more money and is more well-off than the man! Yet she is treated as if that was not the case. Thankfully nowadays these stupid old complications are being lessened as people and families are starting to realize that it isn't moral to determine the female child's life when She could be better than any man out there at work, it is simply stupid to put women into lower situations when they are at A deserving stage just because that's how it was. It seems that Her dad may see that the mom is being immoral and if that was the case I hope for the family to realize that Her daughter has a very-high want for what She needs and letting Her take the risks that the mother wants to completely-suppress because Her mother distrusts Her is what makes Her become a better person by learning, and you'd imagine that any opportunity She is given to do what She wants to become A producer that She will be determined and not slack off unlike How the mother sees the likely chance of being.
@@yattasuccess9212 women were never protected at all costs. Moreover, women have always worked. You used to work or not according to your class, not your gender. Men had always had more benefits exclusively because they were men, that talk about working harder is nosense.
"Usually, she calls my brother 'handsome' but she calls me ugly, I'd understand if he actually is" Yo,I sense Yoongi in her blood..... Savageness~~~~~ But....I'm hella pissed at her mother She's pretty and cute but ugly???? At first,I thought the two boys is her brother.... I'm embarrased
I'm fairly certain that some of the MCs actually gave the kid their numbers to call them if things get out off control. I mean seeing how pissed off they were and how concerned they looked it wouldn't surprise me.
She is cute. She looks like that one snow filter. And her mom not even complimenting her daughter, only her son, will lead to some complexes later in life this little girl will never get over. smh
I wonder how many extraordinary, intelligent and capable women all over the world are bring limited and put down by their parents making choices for them, society's expectations and so-called culture and traditions...
a lot... I believe she is smarter than her brother even... The mother bias is incredible. Without any support system or a strong soul it will be difficult for her to fulfill her dreams. I hopes she makes it in life though. I'm rooting for her.
Mia Miošić please dont blame it on soceity's expectations or culture and tradition. i live in Pakistan ( a country with a very strict abd conservative culture) and yet i too wanted to slap the mom to death. . What she's doing is tyranny and no culture supports that. She's clear batshit psycho
same here in Italy. I stared at my screen in disbelief... How can, a mother, treat her child like this? I just.... can't believe it... It's infuriating and frustrating
Roy : "I'm really thankful to my mom and dad." that's exactly what comes to my mind while watching this. Cheer up future producer, we believe in you!!💙
rainie a kpop trash yeah i think she is crying because she feels like shes being told how to do things and its getting her angry. when i get angry and i dont want to hurt anybody i start to cry.
Tbh her whole family isn't helpful and supportive from what I see, she seems to work so hard and could become something but her family push her down and don't seem to care and care more about themselves than give a damn about her which is disgusting, they better fix their ways because she needs support especially at this age. I feel so bad for her and hope she reaches her goals and dreams because she deserves it. It baffles me how a mother treats her own child like that, you're supposed to praise your children and boost their confidence not tell her she's ugly and bring it down, and you're supposed to put their need, their health and their aspirations before yours yet she makes her work, doesn't give her time to study or spend time with friends or even rest, her daughter will slowly become sick due to stress or being overworked, and the mother laughs at everything and has an excuse. Its just shocking tbh
The way that mom smirks everytime they told her to be a better mom is the answer.... Like the judges, I want to smack the crap out of her until she comes to her sense and be a better mom
Grace Macroses this is the first time I've seen all of the hosts collectively fight for the guest, which makes me happy for the girl because her concerns are rightfully validated. Usually, this show frustrates me because I feel like the hosts make the guest feel worse.
aw poor girl, she's so beautiful and precious. i genuinely cried when she said that she thinks her mom doesn't love her. she deserves a loving family and people who support her ;-;
Same. But the worst is the smirk of her mom when she said "No". Like you call you daughter ugly, you treat her like your employee (even worse)...it's really sad.
The mother violated 5 articles of the United National Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC): ARTICLE 3 [Best interests of Child] All actions/decisions concerning the child shall take full account of the child's best interest ARTICLE 12 [Respect of the Child's Views] Right to express his/her opinion freely and for adults to listen and take them seriously ARTICLE 15 [Freedom of Association] Right to meet with others and to join or form associations ARTICLE 31 - Right to leisure and play, and participate in cultural activities ARTICLE 32 [Child Labor] Right to be protected from work that threatens the child's health, education or development
@@weeba9601 This is exactly what should be fixed in India along with the many other wrongs that are happening. This is something that should not be common in any place, because these are basic human rights that everyone deserves to be treated well with.
She Only a kid and She's already tired of life that her mother 'plan for her'. Btw the rest of the family isn't better. Why they not come? The reason that they have her it's so stupid, like they being a childs..How can a father tells his dauther that He's not gonna support her because it's Only her problem?! She doesn't have any support .. Propably because of that she not confident and sad mostku of the time. btw maybe the rest of the family is scared of her mother? I can't belive in her oppas and dad behavior .
“Does anyone like you at the moment?” “No look at my face!” My heart dropped when she said that :( o kept thinking “oh she’s so cute” I wish she would believe that her self
nah.. i was treated like this when I was a child. forced to learn business at 13 and grew independently at 9. now i am 20s with businesses and company. yet i missed out childhood moments. i dont have friends. whats the point of being successful and rich when i am alone.
I can relate to what your saying bcause my family opened a cathering business when I was 14, when it started getting a lot of attention it went really downhill for me bcause I had to go to college by day & work for cathering by night. No time for homework, projects, no time for friends, no time for freedom. Now we have money & a business but I have no friends. Idk what a Mcdonald's was at that time...
When it comes to final projects I had to suck it up everytime I get yelled my dad bcause he said that I don't help anymore. He didn't want to understand that I was tired, mad & so busy with school work.
Oh my goodness When she said "Of course not, look at my face" after they asked her if anyone has had a crush on her before, I wanted to hug her tightly and tell her everything was going to be alright. Her mom ruined that self-confidence of hers - she's so cute and pretty!! I'd be into her honestly ahhh
14:40 him saying "I'm really thankful to my mom and dad" made me realise just seriously how much of a blessing my parents are in comparison..... They are the ones to encourage me on the smallest dreams I have and work hard to make me rest not the other way around ... I swear I'll go hug mum after this and visit dad's grave and pray for him .... It's sad that this is the only thing I can do to show them how much thankful I am to them they deserve a much better daughter ...
It's a really nice mindset it's good that you realise it and your parents are nice and the fact that you are already really nice and acknowledge your parents efforts and they acknowledge yourself and support each other is really nice I'm sure you are a good daughter and a genuine nice person. I am sorry about your father's loss. I hope all the best things come towards you and you and your family are happy sending virtual love 💜💜💜
Probably to pretend like she actually cares about her daughter and her daughter's well-being. Pretending to be a good mother so she doesn't get a shitty reputation where she is. Remember she owns a business...and publicity like this can be the difference between getting business and not getting any.
5:34 Ohmygod she's literally so young how can he ask if that older guy who literally is just a regular customer at her (her mother's) salon if he has feelings for the little girl? Damn if I were her I would've been SO mad and uncomfortable
@ They were probably raised the opposite way. The ones who had freedom when growing up cannot understand what it feels like to be restricted like this.
@ Sure, I know people who had freedom growing up can empathize with us - but they can't know what it feels like, nor fathom the frustration that comes with it. I feel like I wasted my childhood between four walls because my parents wouldn't let me go out. Only people who grew up the same way understand how aggravating that feels.
@ Your comment just proved their point. Protection is fine, but when restrictions are excessive it's overbearing, suffocating, and inconsiderate. I don't know where they grew up, but even if it was so dangerous outside, that means not enough was done to make being indoors bearable/stimulating. I think they mentioned their childhood as an example of a situation someone who grew up with freedom wouldn't understand; to add to the discussion, not so much dwell on the past. And just because someone's an adult, they can't talk about their childhood? (I think the "you're an adult now, so what happened in the past doesn't matter anymore" is bullshit. Yes, move on, but no need to discount anyone's experiences.)
ying• yang• i somehow tearing at this part. She cute person. Just that student at her age always wear that kind of specs. When she removed that at bigger age... she will be more pretty
ying• yang• ... oh my I hope not ...I could not click like on your words as instead I want to hug you ...never ever let others make you feel not pretty ... I want to smack people silly who have children thinking so little of themselves ... try looking in mirror & giving yourself self love ...affirmations of positive manner is needed on a daily bases HUGS ⚘ I am from America so hopefully you are not offended by my comment in any way as I mean it in a caring positive manner
Damn ikr. If someone asked that qs to me, I would've answered that. Seriously tho, I'm like 50 times uglier than her. And tbh, she really looks so gorgeous :'(
with her mom being so casual to her dream and wrong environment around her, she could've just bottle her feelings up inside her and struggling hard to study. Maybe she can achieve her dream like that, but her life won't be so much happier. But she bravely choose to came out on the show and share her concerns. I'm really impressed👍👍
Her mom is probably one of the most ignorant, inconsiderate, disrespectful moms I've heard of. I think a lot of people were going to start laughing because of how ridiculous she sounded when she was trying to reason. I actually was laughing thanks to the hosts but was also crying because I feel like I'm in the same position- but at least I have a phone xD
Her body language is closed, and her arm is always constantly folded across her body, her mother obviously doesn't want to give in. Im just feeling pity for the girl since she will probably get worse treatment. But I also feel a bit sad for her mom when her daughter said that her mom did not love her, cuz even though she might show favouritism she still does love her • ^ •
crystalstar927 and you’re a bully for calling her a bitch. She’s not a bitch because she analyzed the situation and felt remorse for both mother and daughter. Her compassion was just in the wrong place and different from your sense of compassion.
the mom just smirks and laughs whenever her daughter is talking. she can't take her daughter seriously like wtfffffff and there's no sign at all that she wanted to change. i immediately stop the video when the mom is starting to 'cry' bcs damn that was fake af and i'm so upset that her brothers and dad didn't go bcs its 'her' problem. i feel so bad for her :(
She lived her life so freely but restricts her daughter, maybe she's valueing her child base on their gender that's why she's been treating her daughter like a helper rather her kid?
Moonlight lol and american beauty standards aren't shitty? or European? latino? all of them have unrealistic standards. extremely buff and facial hair and shit. these guys are equivalent to weird nerdy guys who watch my little pony in the us. It broke my heart when she said “ look at me “ when asked about boyfriend , she is just so pretty and adorable. She is really very good looking yet she doesn’t have the confidence. It just shows how toxic environment breaks down your selfconfidence.
This mother is conceited. She blamed her mother for letting her do whatever she wanted and that was why she couldn't have good grades. It was her fault and actions! The girl deserves better. Freedom is important during puberty years and being a teenager.
And the fact that her dad and brother didn't want to come because, "That's your problem" is upsetting. They see the mom abusing her power and making her daughter do all the work and they do nothing about it.

It’s sad how her family didn’t stand for her, they might have been busy but please be here for your sister/daughter.
This story seem simple in her mother's view but the problem is ..
This is her life..
Ahhhh
Love is caring but mother looks not much caring..
Mother does not listen to her daughter's voice
It's so really sad..she living with "downgrade environment"..so heartbreaking
OH MY GOD!!!!!! I thought those were her brothers!!!!!!!! OH MY GOD! How come the regular customers care more about her than her own family?
Yeah... In reality, this is very sad....
I KNOW
True, it's even her brothers friends
Same i thought it was her brother too
Why did she bring customers?!
bruh the things the little girl’s asking for isn’t even wild like “let me go out all the time” or “give me a new phone whenever a new one comes out.” it’s literally “show me love the way you do to my older brother” and “help me improve my grades.” for god’s sake, her final wish was “let me go home after school.” the mom brushing her off and laughing any time they raised a valid point made me want to scream
The two costomers were more understanding than her mother plus the costomers were kinda cute
althea broxx TRUE
The one on the right is soooo cute
The second customer looks cute
althea broxx no joke that’s what I was thinking skskskks
Nice profile picture hehe
Honestly this is like Cinderella except without the evil sisters
But she has something similar with evil sister, her dad and her brother who don't care with her. And the mom buy every cloth to her brother, similar like Cinderella tho
The only one different, she don't had fairy ....
If I lived there I would adopt her. Seriously.
and the fairy godmother
and the prince (tho a prince isnt needed in this modern day)
@@graciacayatabrtarigan906 the fairies are the people of the show 😆
that's so sad to see that her family is so no supportive she had to bring people she barely knew.
Xia wae I know right!? After her mom pissing me off so much, the fact the her father and brother think "it's her problem" really got even more on my nerves. How can you say that!? The child is clearly suffering and this is a cry for help which is being ignored by her own family members! How frustrating....
Xia wae It's so sad.No one in her family take on her side.
Xia wae I'm so sorry but her Brother is so fking useless, he doesn't help his younger Sister because it's her problem wth ? What's wrong with the Brother? I feel so sad for her :(
Jenna Lim Even his friend, a person who barely knows her, treats her better
Kuroko_No_Carat even just a regular customer treats her better
This happened about 3 years ago. I wonder how she's doing and if her mother actually changed.
Yeahhh
Yeah ı wonter that too
I wanna know
I hope the girl runs away the mok is evil and I hope her shop fail now we have carona
And she is out of business
Yeah,after 3 Years
idts she is a person who would
What made me angry the most is how the mom reacted when the Girl was asked if she thinks her mother loves her and she said No.
It made me feel so guilty (and angry because of the situation she said it)
I can only imagine how much worse it is as a mother/father
Judith I’m in the same situation u r in girl and bc of that my mom goes on my phone and block my friends bc I’m hanging out with the ‘wrong crowd’
But it really comes with a situation it is kinda similar to mine.
When I was about 14 I think, I once said to my dad that he hates me I was beaten up after it 😂😂😂 like how does that fix it.
She always laughing when she get roasted. Is she crazy?
I dont think she will change. she will keep doing the same as now
She's ignorant, dumb, clueless, selfish, opportunist, selfish.. And not just crazy.
it made me so mad when she laughed when her daughter said something. it is her daughters life not hers and parents that think that they need to control their childs life are not fit to be parents. some parents say that they will decide what their child does until they move out and that is just selfish, they are mostly making their child live out the life that they could not.

watch this mother come onto hello counselor in a few years time complaining that her daughter never comes to visit her.
I thought that those two guys are her brothers, I'm surprised when she introduced them.. That was the only moment where I finally smile after listening to her mom's nonsense.

Vera Basler Fastest tissue grab I’ve ever seen.
He is park shin Hye's boyfriend?

"Violence isn't always physical. What you're doing is an act of violence." PREACH. I'm so glad he said that, and I wish people were more aware of this. This girl is so so sweet, it's so sad and awful that she is being treated this way. She has such pure and natural wishes and dreams, which are just being dismissed entirely by her family. It's so unfair that she, and many other people are in situations like this. I truly hope the best for her.
zo unfortunately the mom didnt really listen to him :(
Tristina Annisadina it's such a shame. I just hope one day she realises how lucky she is to have a daughter like that, and appreciates her rather than treating her like a slave :(
what's the guy's name who said that?
Yes he is. Choi Tae-joon.
yes. it's tae joon. :*
Taejoon seems so MAD he’s ready to throw hands lmao he’s so cute

The two regular customers are so BEAUTIFUL!!
the one that didn't talk was sooooo cute i think the girl had a crush on one of them

Ship it
Yoo honestly I mean I would love to work there if I got to see them everyday lmao
the quiet guy was attractive as hell
What’s sad about this is that when the girl gets older and chats with her friends, they’ve be like “ya and remember the other day when we did this when we were younger” (basically talking about their childhood)
While she’d be quite cuz her mom didn’t let her have fun and do all these fun things.
The only memory she’ll have of her childhood is her working at the salon and cleaning.
My point is that when she grows up she’ll get upset every time she thinks or reads or hears anything about childhood
Cuz she didn’t get a good one😢
I had a ruined childhood in a different way, and this statement is 100% true.
I've had this as well, when I wished I never had to miss out so much...
Thats actually... so sad.. 😥
한지석 as a kid who went through this I agree I’m just 17 but there’s already so much that I’ve missed other teenagers talk about all the stuff they do and I just sit there just listening wishing I had the opportunity to live a little
*this can be considered as child abuse, children have the rights to be free, to play and to have fun, to study and she's restraining and discriminating her own child*
you clearly don't understand what discriminating and child abuse is.
Child abuse and forced child labor
I don't understand how the MCs can speak to her in a reasonable tone of voice for a majority of the show. I would've stood up against her and yelled at her.
Caitlyn Liew I think because she’s older and in Korea you have to respect the elders
Sorry to say this. Just lemme say this one... It's because that's Korea if u know what i mean.
bruh i would’ve slapped her ksjlsbkdn exactly why i shouldn’t be on television
시원쿨쿨 right, idagf who you are, im not about to let you disrespect me like that
When all the hosts and guests are so upset with the young girl's mother, I can feel them so much that I was also annoyed and complaining while watching the video. Taejoon and Roy are me at this very moment. I hope the young girl's life is a lot better now.
call me dumb but i really don't get the mom's take on this. when someone shuns away dreams of anybody just for their shitty convenience, it's a big no no.
Zizu Zai 😁😋
You're right. How the mother doesn't see this and then doesn't say sorry but "I'm upset that you don't understand my love for you" or whatever when she never shows her daughter that she cares; as if her daughter is just a tool she's using and not a person.
ybai93 i
@Little Potato I was just about to write that lol
i totally agree. kids should get freedom, if the mom doesnt give her freedom how will she explore the world and know what she's good at? you cant discover new things if you're always confined to strict mommy rules
Phil is good, I think
just because they are related by blood does not mean that they are "FAMILY"
Same i love this show but i'm always like "if i sat there i'd yell at them!" tbh...it wouldnt be good for my own health to be there bc i'd always try to stay in contact with the ones that came there...and try to help them

leanxxx xxx Some people laugh in serious situations to relieve themselves.
+Tran809 sorry fot too much typing lmao😂 this got me freaking mad
when she laugh and say "her life?", I am no longer angry.. I am furious.. @KBS may I adopt her??
dude she’s literally saying she controls her daughter’s life. I am so pissed
the sexism here is disgusting.
Agree
@@yattasuccess9212 women were never protected at all costs. Moreover, women have always worked. You used to work or not according to your class, not your gender. Men had always had more benefits exclusively because they were men, that talk about working harder is nosense.

Probably to pretend like she actually cares about her daughter and her daughter's well-being. Pretending to be a good mother so she doesn't get a shitty reputation where she is. Remember she owns a business...and publicity like this can be the difference between getting business and not getting any.

They were probably raised the same way
@ They were probably raised the opposite way.
Yes, move on, but no need to discount anyone's experiences.)

ying• yang• ... oh my I hope not ...I could not click like on your words as instead I want to hug you ...never ever let others make you feel not pretty ... I want to smack people silly who have children thinking so little of themselves ... try looking in mirror & giving yourself self love ...affirmations of positive manner is needed on a daily bases
HUGS ⚘
I am from America so hopefully you are not offended by my comment in any way as I mean it in a caring positive manner
do_nut she is pretty, what are you on about ?
Damn ikr. If someone asked that qs to me, I would've answered that. Seriously tho, I'm like 50 times uglier than her. And tbh, she really looks so gorgeous :'(
Same 🤣
The mom kept trying to hold in her smile or laugh the whole time, I can tell. It looks so fake, she seems like the narcissist type of mother
This woman keeps twisting her words to win the conversation!
with her mom being so casual to her dream and wrong environment around her, she could've just bottle her feelings up inside her and struggling hard to study. Maybe she can achieve her dream like that, but her life won't be so much happier. But she bravely choose to came out on the show and share her concerns. I'm really impressed👍👍
I want to see how she is doing now
I can see and feel the sadness in her eyes 9:38 when the host's asked her 'if she feel her mother's love for her' and then she say 'NO'💔
Her mom is probably one of the most ignorant, inconsiderate, disrespectful moms I've heard of. I think a lot of people were going to start laughing because of how ridiculous she sounded when she was trying to reason. I actually was laughing thanks to the hosts but was also crying because I feel like I'm in the same position- but at least I have a phone xD
Is she a Karen?
Her body language is closed, and her arm is always constantly folded across her body, her mother obviously doesn't want to give in. Im just feeling pity for the girl since she will probably get worse treatment.
But I also feel a bit sad for her mom when her daughter said that her mom did not love her, cuz even though she might show favouritism she still does love her • ^ •
But tbh, i'm not sure :(... does she really love her?.. >_>
Uhmmmm........I don't think so.
hell no, the mom does NOT love her. THIS IS NOT LOVE, ITS CHILD ABUSE!!!!!!!!!!!! And you're a bitch for even saying something like this, bitch.
crystalstar927 and you’re a bully for calling her a bitch. She’s not a bitch because she analyzed the situation and felt remorse for both mother and daughter. Her compassion was just in the wrong place and different from your sense of compassion.
Cronuts ‘n Chill I think crystalstart927 was talking to the comment before hers that says "...3 yEaRs.." not the main one
"Usually, she calls my brother handsome, and she calls me ugly"
"I'd understand it if he actually is"
!SAVAGE!

"what can she do with freedom?" how about you try living the life of a slave and see what freedom means to you >:(
the mom just smirks and laughs whenever her daughter is talking. she can't take her daughter seriously like wtfffffff and there's no sign at all that she wanted to change. i immediately stop the video when the mom is starting to 'cry' bcs damn that was fake af
and i'm so upset that her brothers and dad didn't go bcs its 'her' problem. i feel so bad for her :(
You can see that everyone in that room really disliked that mother. I hope she realizes what a pretty and smart child she has.
She lived her life so freely but restricts her daughter, maybe she's valueing her child base on their gender that's why she's been treating her daughter like a helper rather her kid?
can you check how she is now after a year? feeling so sorry for her ☹️
i want to know too... and i dot kow her name tho

taejoon acts so much like an older brother~~
What is the ring number?
@@ENAS2s it’s every time taejoon speaks
" - Based on my life experience...
- What kind of experience?"
XDDDD
the 2 boys so handsome
Syafiqah Syafiqah not really lol
고은별 rude 😑
Syafiqah Syafiqah ikr!!!! I thought the same!!!!
고은별 by shitty korean beauty standards they may be not, but in reality they are attractive
Moonlight lol and american beauty standards aren't shitty? or European? latino? all of them have unrealistic standards. extremely buff and facial hair and shit. these guys are equivalent to weird nerdy guys who watch my little pony in the us. I'm sure you find those guys unattractive. the only reason why u think these guys r attractive is because they are korean. if u saw a white version or black or Hispanic version of these guys you'd be like "ew" so god damn tired of these kpop international fans who think a guy is attractive just because of his race. it's like you guys fetish over us simply because of a nationality we were born as.
It broke my heart when she said “ look at me “ when asked about boyfriend , she is just so pretty and adorable. She is really very good looking yet she doesn’t have the confidence. It just shows how toxic environment breaks down your selfconfidence.
I'm happy that they don't blame this little girl as usual, it's totally the mother's fault
Ana Ourworld most importantly nobody cares ahout how she was brought up by her mother I have no idea why she keeps bringing the matter up
Ana Ourworld yeah, even her brother's friends felt bad and came instead
just look at Taejoon during the whole episode.....
Um, this little girl reminds me of IU. She’s gonna grow up super gorgeous.
