I am not a soap opera person. My friends kept telling me I had to watch Heartland. I started with Session 1 and could not STOP. IT IS SO WELL DONE. We all love the relationship between Ty and Amy. They set such a good example of how a couple can stick together thru life situations whether good or bad and grow closer together and not further apart. Families today are broken thru different circumstances. The show will not be the same without Ty. The both of them together are a gift to us to make the world a better place by dealing with situations and not running away. They show the dangers that can happen to a couple if they do not focus on one another’s relationships and not spoil it with feelings of the world’s temptations.You know who you have as a mate and not know what you will be getting and hurting those you love and care for. You are giving us a hope of a better future giving a good example of family togetherness with extended family included.
I’ve seen a lot of videos and read a lot of comments. I’m not sure why Graham decided to leave, but you can see a difference between the characters after season 8. It would be great to have Graham come back-if he wants to. In movies or series tv, anything can be changed. It’s a given that the viewers want Graham and Amber together again. I honestly believe that the series would go thru the roof. It takes communication for it to happen. Let’s hope !!!!
Things did change after they got married in session 8 i do believe because he's own marriage was in trouble had to hard acting a happy couple when when your real marriage is in trouble 😪

If Amy finds a new love, a man who shares her life and is a loving father figure to Lindsey, she is a very lucky woman to have found true love twice in her lifetime. It does not mean that she loved Ty, her first spouse any less; it does mean the heart, soul, and mind can love again. Everyone should be so lucky. As far as the actual show goes, should the Show bring Ty back into it, it will lose all realistic probability and be like some unrealistic, supernatural movie. That would end the show.

I think it was a bad career decision for Graham to leave the show, but understand why he did it. His character, Ty Borden had become so BORING. They neutered Ty after he married Amy. In the early seasons, Ty was a bit troubled and angry, but beneath that exterior he was a good person. After the marriage he just became boring and actually wasn’t there much. My wife and used to laugh at the excuses they came up with for Ty being away. Now the show is just an unimaginative soap opera with the actor/producers sticking around because it’s an easy payday.
Lou should have died or Tim ! Amy is not diverse or interesting enough in character to carry a show , she’s never left heartland . Only experience she had is losing people as a character. They never should have had graham leave offer him more money is what they should have done .

I believe Ty made a good decision that he left Heartland, because we all have to make a decision in this world,the old person has to die, and to become a new person. Because we have to listen to the Lord more than to the people in this world. I hear that he has strong believes to, thats great. If that makes him to lose his job on Heartland, and do other work that sounds great.
