Dbonce time is for it to prevent double clicks when the mouse click button bounces and hits the click twice so when you put it to 0ms it’s means that there is no prevention for the double click witch is not good for fps games

I've just had the most bizarre bug with the mouse, upon putting it on charge it wiped all the button mappings, I managed to get all the buttons apart from the scroll wheel remapped, because if you notice, in the software the scroll wheel is the only button you cannot remap to your choice. Forgot to mention the scroll forward and back have set themselves to function 0 which is the function of the left click, so I've had to remap my back and forward buttons to scroll for now.

I think it depends on your setting, if you like a clean looking matte white an the light abut better… but since my setting Mostly black so I end up with a Matte black
as goofy said, no it won't. This is because even if your mouse was set with low debounce time, you can still physically double click the mouse, it just wouldn't get registered by your pc, and registering double clicks won't degrade the mouse any more than double clicking but not registering it

go in to your windows display settings and there you will find the zoom of your display. mine came with 125% and didnt let glorious work but when i changed it to 100% the software worked and i was able to use the save button. its really unacceptable to have to be doing this, the wired and wireless versions of software are both trash, but the mouse itself is fantastic

Guys if the app is too big to see the save button just Open settings in windows, click on system, then display. You will see "change the size of text, apps, and other items, and set it to at least 100%. You will be able to use the program and then switch back to 150/200%

I got my Model O wireless, but when I plugged it in the side buttons weren't working. I went in the Glorious Core and it shows it's bind "forward" and "back" on them. But if I click them, nothing happens. Is it normal? Am I doing something wrong?
sounded like you may have received a used unit. tried to bind them to 4 and 5 on your mouse, hop into a game to test it out. if you are still having trouble with them then just contact Gloriousgaming support. they will let you trade it in for Free.

You should be able to save it after you do any adjustment. Double check... if it’s still not working then just uninstall then reinstall it again that should work

I dont think you can only use the two colors, But you can set 1 color to 1 DPI and 3 others to the same DPI. or Every other one is the same DPI... that way when you press the dpi button it will change to the second DPI then press again it will go back to the previous DPI
This Mouse application is very picky. However you have your mouse connect to your PC Initially. You will need to keep it that way otherwise your software may not recognize your Mouse.

You do need two different softwares, glorious core for O wireless and the other one for model O. They should just make one software for all the devices
this was the same for me, easy fix: go to the settings in glorious core, connect your mouse via cable and click on firmware update, then select your mouse and it will start the update. after that, it will work fine
Make sure you downland the right software… it’s have to be Glorious Core. If you have the right try to restart your pc, if it’s still not working you may need to uninstall and reinstall that should do it … hope it help

Make sure you do these thing! I have not had that problem. Try to uninstall the software and reinstall it. Mine works right out the box

at the default DPI it shows 4 variants. Can you delete the 2 DPI variants so that you only have 2 DPI variants?
