Good video Jimmy, stumbled on your video from Martin's channel. My lad and I were down just in front of you and he enjoyed seeing us on your vid for what was easily his worst Christmas present. We're only members and I think it'll be a while before the club gets any more of my money this season. Losing I can stomach provided they try. There was no effort at all from the players in this game, you summed up my feelings entirely with the lack of press on their keeper in the first half. Some of these players should never play for the club again and we should just cut our losses and tear up contracts to get shot of them.
Hi Chris, thank you for your kind words. Glad you found me via Martin. His channel is really good. Mine slightly different hopefully. What's good is we both think alike and want to bring the experience to people who can't necessarily make the games. Sorry to hear his gift was a little spoiled but what I will say, and I am sure you know this already, as a kid you dont always remember the results..But what you do remember is that you went to the football with your dad. I think some of the players didn't even start to be honest. I am sure they would say different but something didn't look right at all from the beginning. We have had a lot of games recently and I am sure that training has probably been more physical but they ought to be in optimum condition for game day. Transfer season is open so perhaps we will see some changes. Definitely some outgoings. Hopefully you stay in touch on here and if you see me at a game say hello! Cheers Jim
Another great video Jimmy. My thoughts exactly just when you think it can’t get any worse it does. Again you captured the feeling amongst the crowd in the stadium. Again I appreciate your effort. And it made my day you acknowledging my support. Ty jimmy
@@TheJimmyCheese I agree on both points. The Prem is such a large step up once you’ve fallen down into the Championship as we both have. Best players either leave or get sold, the fans are the only one who suffer week in week out! RVN appointment was based on 4 games, two of them against us (Leicester) but anything is better than Steve Coppers match tactics, they stank! Question, what’s better, watching your team winning in the Championship or consistently losing week after week in the Premiership? I know which I preferred! 👍🏻🦊
@@andrewpalmer7811 Its a tough one to answer. I dont mind losing if there's a decent effort put in. The results take care of themselves and you end up where you end up. When your players dont even try then it's sickening and confusing. I thought coopers football was a bit boring but you weren't losing too much were you? Sometimes some faces just dont fit I guess! I will look forward to the championship I suppose but a shame as lots of staff lose jobs etc. I won't miss VAR!
Great volg again , thanks for the shout out made my day. We sit right next to the away fans, wow they were loud. I would love to know why the saints players came out this week with a poop attitude can’t be arsed . No fire in their bellies. Most simply couldn’t be bothered to run let alone tackle. What the hell has been said to them . I know we going down but blinking hell mun total shit show. I could play better and I’m in a wheelchair. I really thought they would come out this week with a bit of a fight, but thought wrong there. So Man U next away, I do hope they get their heads straight for that. I would love to have ten mins in the dressing room and give them all a good talking too lol . All the best jimmy from myself & other half look forward to your next vlog
Cheers Alison! You’re welcome and thanks for your support. I’d fear for them if they let you loose haha. They need a serious dressing down. Something was terribly wrong from the word go wasn’t there?! Do they expect fans to put up with that behaviour??
The players disappearing down the tunnel at the end tells me everything i need to know about there character. Jan B should have made them go over to the fans hes meant to be the captain of this shit show. Decent vid as always mate appreciate the effort you put into these.
I know they couldn’t face the crowd. A bit gutless really but if I’m honest mate, there was only a few thousand there at that point. That shows even more disrespect in some ways. Thing is everyone will be all clappy next game and there will be some smiley social media posts in the week. I’d have preferred Jan gave them a dressing down during the game. Mistakes happen. Effort is planned. Cheers for your kind words!
Took mum this time as the Mr had a delivery arriving. She tried her first pie it was a bit cold her first words were ‘ well they could have put it in the microwave’ 😂😂 as for the game on sitting down and seeing the line up my first words were ‘ I don’t have any confidence in this today’ 🤷🏻♀️
It's taken me this long to just watch your video. Just didnt want to experience that afternoon again. The players were shocking. I don't mind relegation and losing. As long as there is some passion and commitment from the players on the pitch. There was very little of that passion on Saturday. I know there's been some Sport Republic hate flying around. I really do get it, because i feel the same. But they have invested in the team and turned us from a mid table Prem side to a laughing stock. As well as wiping millions of the value of the club. The model clearly isnt working, or they havent appointed the right people to oversee it. Either way, the business is being run poorly. They need to acknowledge this to the fans and rebuild. But that shouldnt stop the passion from the players. My son plays in the Tyro unders 12s. We have always told him. No matter what the score is, you chase everything down and give it 100%. Because thats what people remember. Maybe the Saints team should watch a few Tyro games and learn a few things. I hate being this negative. COYR 🔴⚪🔴
Spot on! Losing and mistakes are fine in my book. You want to minimise both of course but you have to put in effort on the pitch. Yuki was unfortunate and puts in effort but there were some others that just went missing. And that’s plain wrong and unfair on people who pay good money. It is hard being negative but that’s what happens when there’s an imbalance of power or service. We pay they serve. The fans have a bigger voice than they care to remember and ultimately will lead to change. Imagine how hard it was to sit and edit 2 hours worth of footage down and see the hopelessness on the pitch and in the crowd. And trying to sound sensible 😅😂 Cheers for your nice comment!
@@TheJimmyCheese Apologies! It didn't even dawn on me about you having to edit the footage! That's true commitment! It’s all part of the journey and we’ll be back again. And that’s the same for the other clubs outside of the elite. We have good spells and bad ones. The downside of success is to attract outside interest in our assets. It’s just business and part of being a “smaller club”. Paul Mitchell moved to Tottenham. This had a massive impact on our recruitment. Wilcox moving to Man Utd at the start of the season, he was never really replaced. Pochettino to Tottenham, Koeman to Everton. The transfer window is open, now you’ll have the rumours kicking around to unsettle your players. Slowly but surely, losing assets, until there’s nothing left worth taking. This will be the same for Brighton, Bournemouth, Forest etc. Unless you’re backed by serious finances, eventually you’ll be pushed down the table towards relegation. Leeds, Sunderland, West Brom are proof of that. Don’t fight it, just sit back and enjoy the ride! Looking forward to the rebuild in the Championship. And I really hope that VAR isn’t introduced next season! Can’t cope with another season of that!
@@jonblockwell1977 Hi Jon! You are spot on again! All of these things build up a bigger issue. I am sure we can rebuilt but I think the management team need to have a strong hard look at themselves and their actions and ask if they have been good enough on the sporting side. I dont think they have. I love what they have done around the club but you are heading down a slippery slope if you dont get the football right. Already we see fans 'boycotting' and saying spend less. I feel bad spending money at the games when we seem to be dismissed and left to feel unimportant. It's my choice to make these films and it is a slight burden to a degree but I want to do it well and for others to enjoy. I prefer to spend a bit longer on the editing and make it a good experience rather than just rush a video out to get higher views. Though we definitely have a small window of opportunity with match vlogs! Hope you are keeping warm!
Brentford had not lost their previous 4 matches as they had an away draw at Brighton with home losses to Arsenal and Forest and away to Chelsea. By a quirk of chance their away fixtures in the first half of the season were against stronger teams - currently all in top 10 apart from Man U and Spurs (who were top half at the time) and a draw with 10 men for an hour against Everton. Incidentally, the fans were sitting down at the front because the stewards were telling them to as there were people that could not stand and younger children.
I'm going to speak for BOURNEMOUTH MY OPINION IS many 0ther fans of other teams are not aware of the many good things that are happening at BOURNEMOUTH in the background the main thing is the new TRAINING GROUND nearing completion. Also the intention of an increased attendance wether this be a expanded stadium or a brand new stadium with the capacity of 25000 this would be fabulous for Bournemouth as for too long we have been unable to increase revenue on match days. This ambition might come as a shock to others outside the club who don't know our story. We are looked at as "little old Bournemouth " that is because we have such a tiny stadium. But I can tell you that we could grow that capacity as many other people are interested and would attend if there was extra supply. So guys watch this space.

Fair play to you fella staying until the end! It looked painful! Feeling your pain, a Leicester fan 🦊
Hi Andrew. Looks like all us 3 may go back down but there’s still hope for your team. Might have been a bit of a fairytale appointment though in RVN?

Sitting down and wining 5 - 0 , just imagine what the score would have been if we could have be bothered to stand up‼️

Best of luck in your next fixture saints, looked painful from your prospective
