Was at Hollywood Studios Tuesday October 23, 2018 and I absolutely loved Fantasmic! It was the perfect way to end the first day of my first trip to WDW.
Maura Taboo I love Fantastic in this original version but the only I am mad about is that Disneyland gets an amazing dragon for this show. I do wish that we could get the same type of dragon from Disneyland here at Disney World without the story line being changed

You can see the ponchos in the crowd. It was raining. That messes with the ignition of the pyrotechnics of the boat. Also, they don’t do the ribbons during rain due to the mess of just splashing water all over. You wouldn’t see the characters.
this version of Fantasmic needs to get updated soon! I love the original Disneyland version, and I like this version, but Disneylands new version makes this one seem like it was born in the 90's. I must admit. I've always loved Disneylands version better anyway. but come on DisneyWorld. You can do better. =)
I'm sorry , Was Florida on a budget? This really sucks compared to Disneyland version thought I do like Mickey's tug boat. Disneyland even upgraded the show in 2019. This looks like it came from 2006. And whassup with pocahontas getting all thunder. She's not even in the Disneyland show.

Seeing Snow White in the princess segment makes me miss her in Fantasmic over at Disneyland Park in California.
The Disney World one is kind of like the classic version of Fantasmic.
I will always love the orchestrations to this show

I love the Disney World and Disneyland’s fantasmic so much because it’s one of my favorite nighttime firework shows in the world
Best nighttime Disney of all other parks. My eyes were watering all through the show when I last saw this in May 2009.

I know! I was thinking the same thing! Why did they get rid of those? Mickey running into the light and grabbing the wheel looks so stupid and cheap

I disagree, WDW makes me feel more comfortable and I like this better, if they change any big parts... oh dear Disney...
and what about the characters on the steam boat at the end? they were lifeless!!! My gosh! Somebody at Disney World needs to fix this show.
Hey anyone else noticed Steamboat Willie Mickey coming in late at the beginning lol just thought it was funny but love the show!
Didn't notice that. But now that you mentioned it, it is pretty funny seeing Mickey rush to the steering wheel.
