    That's a really neat idea, but it wouldn't be allowed on a public road right-of-way for safety reasons. If you could come up with a more attractive version of the scoop-shaped culvert end pans, that would be great!

    Great idea, but it’s just aesthetic. it doesn’t comply with civil regulations in the public and I’d rather have a precast modular headwall on its outfall, or optionally get in contact with a prefabricated concrete company to use a brick mold to make a custom prefabricated headwall. Or just build it out of brick. I’m concerned about the amount of micro plastics.
    As we all know when a liquid flows on a surface, micro particles on that surface come loose and go into the water, this culvert essentially will eventually flow to the sea after an adventure in storm drains, rivers ect.

    Strictly cosmetic. I'd just use a brick mold form with rebar & pour concrete.

    Looks like a shitty piece of plastic...strictly for cookie cutter subdivisions
