How to make French chocolate fondant

*Ingredients:*
125 g eggs
75 g butter
175 g dark chocolate
10 g cocoa powder
30 g flour
75 g sugar
100 g heavy cream
*Steps:*
1. *Preheat the oven* to 200°C (fan-assisted).
2. *Melt the dark chocolate* with butter in a bain-marie or microwave, then let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, *beat the eggs and sugar* until the mixture becomes frothy.
4. *Add the cocoa powder* and flour, and mix until smooth.
5. **Incorporate the melted chocolate and butter mixture**, then gently stir in the heavy cream.
6. *Pour the batter* into individual molds or a fondant mold.
7. Bake at 200°C for **10 minutes**.
8. Let the fondant *rest for 8 hours* before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
